  • The price shown includes cleaning, tourist tax, linen and possibly an extra baby bed so no hidden costs! In high season you can book per week from Saturday, in low season minimum 4 days with flexible days.

Travel company

  • Gîte Rêve Vert can be booked in 2026 for 2 to 8 people and possibly an extra baby for free.
  • The gîte is always rented exclusively to one group. You can book 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms (this depends on the group size), but other guests will not be present at the same time.
  • The standard price is based on 4 people, plus a surcharge per person for a larger party. This is calculated automatically when filling in the form under the calendar

Arrival & departure

  • Check in: flexible arrival from 4pm. 
  • Check out: Departure before 10am (should no guests arrive the same day, we can be flexible here too)

Included in the price

  • Bed linen and shower towels are included. Large pool towels are not. 
  • Cot: a travel cot, and high chair are available free of charge.
  • There is no cleaning fee if the house is delivered “wipe clean”. 

Payment and cancellation 2026

Down payment and deposit:

  • When booking, you pay a deposit of €250. This deposit also serves as a deposit and confirmation of your booking. The deposit covers any damage or breakage to the accommodation during your stay.
  • The deposit must be paid during the booking process or within three working days of booking. If payment is not received on time, the booking will automatically be cancelled.

Payment schedule:

  • 12 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount must be paid.
  • 4 weeks before arrival: the remaining amount (50%) must be paid.
  • Bookings within 8 weeks before arrival: the full amount (100%) + the €250 deposit/deposit must be paid immediately.
  • Return of deposit: On the day of departure, after a successful check-out without damage, the €250 deposit will be fully refunded.


Tourist tax

Tourist tax depends on the composition of your travel party and is automatically calculated and added during the booking process.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation between 12 and 8 weeks before arrival: you will receive a refund of 50% of the total booking amount (the 50% already paid will be retained). The €250 deposit/deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival: you will receive only the €250 deposit/deposit back. The already paid part of the booking (50% or 100%) will be retained.
  • Cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival: There will be no refund. The full booking amount and deposit will be forfeited.
  • Reletting: If we successfully relet the accommodation, you will receive 50% of the booking amount you paid back (excluding deposit).
  • We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
