In high season you can book per week from Saturday, in low season minimum 4 days with flexible days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Travel company<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>G\u00eete R\u00eave Vert can be booked in 2027 for 2 to 8 people and possibly an extra baby for free.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The g\u00eete is always rented exclusively to one group. You can book 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms (this depends on the group size), but other guests will not be present at the same time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The standard price is based on 4 people, plus a surcharge per person for a larger party. This is calculated automatically when filling in the form under the calendar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please fill in the fields for availability and a price calculation; please note that in July and August bookings are only possible for a minimum of six days, with arrival on Saturday or Sunday.<strong> Grey days are available but there is no start date for a booking.<\/strong> <strong>Can't make it? Large pool towels are not.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cot: a travel cot, and high chair are available free of charge. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is no cleaning fee if the house is delivered \u201cwipe clean\u201d.&nbsp;<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payment and cancellation 2027<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Down payment and deposit: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When booking, you pay a deposit of \u20ac250. This deposit also serves as a deposit and confirmation of your booking. The deposit covers any damage or breakage to the accommodation during your stay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The deposit must be paid during the booking process or within three working days of booking. If payment is not received on time, the booking will automatically be cancelled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payment schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount must be paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 weeks before arrival: the remaining amount (50%) must be paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bookings within 8 weeks before arrival: the full amount (100%) + the \u20ac250 deposit\/deposit must be paid immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return of deposit: On the day of departure, after a successful check-out without damage, the \u20ac250 deposit will be fully refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Tourist tax<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tourist tax depends on the composition of your travel party and is automatically calculated and added during the booking process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation between 12 and 8 weeks before arrival: you will receive a refund of 50% of the total booking amount (the 50% already paid will be retained). The \u20ac250 deposit\/deposit will be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival: you will receive only the \u20ac250 deposit\/deposit back. The already paid part of the booking (50% or 100%) will be retained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival: There will be no refund.
