You may also always contact us first via whatsapp, email or phone if you have any questions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The price shown includes cleaning, tourist tax, linen and possibly an extra baby bed so no hidden costs! In high season you can book per week from Saturday, in low season minimum 4 days with flexible days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Travel company<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>G\u00eete R\u00eave Vert can be booked in 2026 for 2 to 8 people and possibly an extra baby for free.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The g\u00eete is always rented exclusively to one group. You can book 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms (this depends on the group size), but other guests will not be present at the same time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The standard price is based on 4 people, plus a surcharge per person for a larger party. This is calculated automatically when filling in the form under the calendar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Fill in the fields below the calendar for a price calculation<\/strong>, <strong>please note in July and August only bookable from Saturday to Saturday<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Not working out? Let us know via info@revevert.nl or 0033622170484<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Arrival &amp; departure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Check in: flexible arrival from 4pm.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Check out: Departure before 10am (should no guests arrive the same day, we can be flexible here too)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Included in the price<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bed linen and shower towels are included. Large pool towels are not.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cot: a travel cot, and high chair are available free of charge. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is no cleaning fee if the house is delivered \u201cwipe clean\u201d.&nbsp;<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payment and cancellation 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Down payment and deposit: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When booking, you pay a deposit of \u20ac250. This deposit also serves as a deposit and confirmation of your booking. The deposit covers any damage or breakage to the accommodation during your stay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The deposit must be paid during the booking process or within three working days of booking. If payment is not received on time, the booking will automatically be cancelled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payment schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount must be paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 weeks before arrival: the remaining amount (50%) must be paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bookings within 8 weeks before arrival: the full amount (100%) + the \u20ac250 deposit\/deposit must be paid immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return of deposit: On the day of departure, after a successful check-out without damage, the \u20ac250 deposit will be fully refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Tourist tax<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tourist tax depends on the composition of your travel party and is automatically calculated and added during the booking process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation between 12 and 8 weeks before arrival: you will receive a refund of 50% of the total booking amount (the 50% already paid will be retained). The \u20ac250 deposit\/deposit will be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival: you will receive only the \u20ac250 deposit\/deposit back. The already paid part of the booking (50% or 100%) will be retained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival: There will be no refund.
