The gîte blends seamlessly into its wooded surroundings with its beautiful oak beams. The interior was tastefully renovated in 2025 and is equipped with air conditioning, a new kitchen, and new sanitary facilities. The holiday home runs the full length of the private terrace with swimming pool. The grounds are fully enclosed for maximum privacy.

Nature is never far away here, with forest trails starting right from the gîte. Enjoy a refreshing walk in the cool greenery and spot the many animals. Take a break from screens and listen, smell, and watch. There are many beautiful routes marked out, including the app-guided Terra Aventura trails (a personal favorite!).
Gîte Rêve Vert: privacy, comfort and ambiance
Enjoy an unforgettable stay, exclusively for your group. Your booking includes 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms, depending on the size of your party. Regardless of group size, you always rent the entire holiday home—there are no other guests.
- Bedrooms 1 & 2 each feature a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, and direct access to the terrace and pool. Optionally, you can add a free baby cot.
- Bedrooms 3 & 4 offer two single beds and a private bathroom with a vanity unit and toilet.
- The spacious open-plan living room and kitchen includes a dining table for 8 people, a high chair, and seating area with a TV, all with views of and access to the terrace and pool.

Right in the heart of the beautiful Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park in the Dordogne, the adventure starts immediately. Explore winding trails through vast forests. Visit impressive caves and castles, be surprised by the typical French markets and authentic villages, and take a dip in one of the nearby swimming lakes with beaches.

Rêve Vert is located near Abjat-sur-Bandiat, in the heart of the forested landscape of the green Dordogne (Périgord Vert). The village has a bakery and a crêperie, among other things.
Just 10 km away lies Nontron, where you’ll find all major supermarkets.

Privacy & Space
The gîte is located on our property but is freestanding and fully screened with privacy panels. It features its own terrace and swimming pool, ensuring you enjoy complete peace and privacy. Should you have any questions or need local tips, we are easily reachable. The main house has its own separate garden, so everyone has their own space.
