- During high season, bookings are per week starting on Saturdays. In low season, a minimum stay of 4 nights applies, with flexible arrival days.
Travel Party
- Gîte Rêve Vert can be booked in 2026 for 2 to 8 people, with an optional extra baby free of charge.
- The gîte is always rented exclusively to one group. You can book 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms (depends on how many people in the group), but no other guests will be present at the same time.
- The standard price is based on 4 people; an additional charge per person applies for larger groups. This is automatically calculated when filling out the form below the calendar.

Arrival & Departure
- Check-in: Flexible arrival from 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: Departure before 10:00 AM (if no guests arrive the same day, we can also be flexible).
Included in the price
- Bed linen and bath towels are included. Large towels for the pool are not included.
- Baby: A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge.
- No cleaning fees are charged if the house is left “swept clean.”
Payment and Cancellation Policy 2026
Deposit and Security Deposit
- Upon booking, you will pay a deposit of €250. This deposit also serves as a security deposit and confirms your booking. The security deposit covers any potential damage or breakage to the accommodation during your stay.
- The deposit must be paid during the booking process or within three business days of booking. If payment is not received on time, the booking will automatically be canceled.
Payment Schedule
- 12 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount must be paid.
- 4 weeks before arrival: The remaining balance (50%) must be paid.
- Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival: The full amount (100%) + the €250 security deposit must be paid immediately.
- Security Deposit Refund: On the day of departure, after a successful check-out with no damage, the €250 security deposit will be fully refunded.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax depends on the composition of your travel group and will be automatically calculated and added during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation between 12 and 8 weeks before arrival: You will receive 50% of the total booking amount back (or the already paid 50% will be retained). The €250 security deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival: Only the €250 security deposit will be refunded. The already paid portion of the booking (50% or 100%) will be retained.
- Cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival: No refund will be given. The full booking amount and the security deposit will be forfeited.
- Re-rental: If we successfully re-rent the accommodation, you will receive 50% of the booking amount you paid back (excluding the security deposit).
- We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
